By accessing this website, requesting flight fare quotes, or booking tickets via our WhatsApp platform, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use World Airfare Stocks if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Wholesale Airfare Stock Availability & Pricing

Airfare stock quotes displayed on the website or communicated via WhatsApp are pulled live from wholesale inventory databases. Fares are subject to seat availability and airline tariff changes until ticket issuance is confirmed. All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise.

3. Booking Confirmation & Ticket Issuance

A flight booking request initiated via WhatsApp or online quote form constitutes an inquiry. A booking is only legally confirmed once payment has cleared and an e-ticket (PNR / e-Ticket number) is issued by our accredited ticketing desk.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Flight Modifications

  • All cancellations, date changes, and routing modifications are governed by the specific fare rules of the issuing airline (e.g. British Airways, Emirates, Air France, Lufthansa, etc.).
  • Promotional or wholesale stock fares may carry special non-refundable or date-change fee conditions. Our ticketing desk will disclose all applicable fare rules prior to finalizing payment.
  • Refund processing timelines depend on airline carrier credit rules and banking gateways.

5. Travel Documentation & Passport Validity

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from return date), appropriate transit/destination visas, health certificates, and travel insurance required by national immigration authorities.

World Airfare Stocks operates as an authorized ticket distribution agency. We are not liable for flight delays, schedule changes, carrier cancellations, weather disruptions, or mechanical issues operated directly by third-party airlines.
